It's hard to believe, but Maeve is already one month old. In just one month, she's shown us that she is, indeed, a drama queen and a diva. She LOVES to be held, especially on Mommy's chest, LOVES the sound of Daddy's voice, and LOVES to eat. A lot. She's growing like a weed, and has already outgrown newborn diapers (it's those darn thighs!). She can win any screaming competition, and has no problem doing so when she doesn't get what she wants immediately. Luckily, however, she sleeps well at night, even giving Mommy a 7-hour stretch last night when she slept from 10-5! Despite her diva-ness, however, we love her to pieces; especially big brother Connor. He's very smitten with her, which we love to see.
We spent her 1 month "birthday" with friends from North Middle School at a pedicure party for our friend Lisa's birthday. It's good to start good habits young - pedicures are important! After that we were lucky enough to meet Maeve's newest BFF, Joshua Senkier, who was just born on June 2nd. He's a cutie, and being so close in age, I'm sure they'll have lots of play dates in their future!
