In a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, Joey managed to score Superbowl tickets. He was more than thrilled, and he and his friend, Dave, began planning the long journey to Indianapolis (did I mention Joey isn't too keen on getting on airplanes?). Their adventure began after work on Friday night, where they drove for 5-6 hours and rested in the lovely Scranton, PA. They were slightly concerned their bodies may be discovered the next morning, but they woke up alive, and headed to the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH. There they paid homage to the Patriots and said a little prayer (perhaps they should have said a bigger one...). They spent the night at a much nicer hotel so they could be well rested for the big game on Sunday. They drove to Indy and had plenty of time to spare before the game started. Joey requested that Connor wear his Bruschi Jersey, which he got when he was just a baby, and it's STILL way too big for him. Connor actually refused to wear it because it was so big. When I busted out Bailey's #12 Jersey, however, he put the shirt back on for a picture. Perhaps if he wore it, the Pats would have won? Who knows...
At least the boys got to see Madonna, right?

Mairead was wearing her Bruschi jersey, too! Just wish there had been a different outcome.
