A Day at the Aquarium

Along with our friends, Meg, Dave and Mairead, the Estee's headed off to the New England Aquarium in Boston. We thought it'd be a nice trip for the kids since they seem to love animals and water. At first Connor seemed more interested in the water in the penguin exhibit than the actual penguins, but when we started up the ramp around the giant aquarium, he was very interested in the fish. He especially loved it when the giant fish would swim right by his face. He also loved watching the giant turtle! When we got to the top of the aquarium and could look down, all he and Mairead wanted to do was go IN the "pool". For more pictures of our fun day, check out Mairead's site at http://www.maireadelizabeth.blogspot.com/.

The first "fish" Connor saw was this shark!

Saying "hi" to the fish by banging on the glass.
The big giant fish tank!
Connor kept trying to touch the fish.

Look...more fish!

I'm so glad we all went-- it was a lot of fun to see the fish and to see how curious the kids were!
